Welcome, one and all, to the John Mcfars History Extravaganza!
This page houses most, if not all, of the John Mcfars cartoons made available by series creator, Cade Utterback.
These shorts were mostly produced from 2012 to 2015, with a select few being made after then.
All work on these shorts was done by Cade Utterback (which explains why they weren't amazing).
I'm not bashing myself; I'm just stating that a cartoon made by a 10-year-old likely doesn't hold up. And it doesn't.
The earliest short you'll find is the first one made (obviously), dating back to May 9th, 2012.
At the time, it hadn't even been a month since I first began to animate, so of course... it's rough.
Regardless, these shorts have withstood a few different hard drives in the past 7-8 years.
They have been posted here to preserve their place in history.
Lastly, these shorts served as the ground for me to build upon.
I wouldn't be half the artist nor animator I am today without them. Rough as they are, I'm glad they were made.
With that said, please enjoy some of my earliest works, and the foray into John's early years.
